I want to share a bit of myself with others and hopefully others will share with me. So without further adieu.....
Right now I'm kinda bummed cause I'm feeling kinda FAT. Yeah, yeah, I'm not that big and there are people who struggle with weight more than I do, but I'm the biggest I've ever been in my entire 32 year old life and I don't like it one bit. I've recently discovered that I have inherited the butt of my foremothers and have been spending my mornings and evenings running from it! Literally RUNNING from it. Either on a bike, or treadmill, or with a trainer, I am determined to get away from my posterior which seems intent on staying connected to the rest of my body. In fact, throughout it all, it has only become firmer and and bigger which is discouraging to say the least. I suppose it could be worse it could be big and flabby but the point is there is no reason why I should have a 2 size difference between waist and butt. Seriously! My husband loves it but he doesn't have to walk around with it all day. So to any of you out there if you have any not surgical butt reduction techniques, feel free to give me some tips.

So, in my mind this BUTT has got to go. At least shrink a little bit.

ReplyDeleteYes I agree. I'm trying to adjust to my NEWest addition :o) I think I have a pretty good body image but you know there's always something.... I'll probably be over it in a couple of weeks. Love ya too!
